DOMESTIC SHIPPING and HANDLING:
All orders shipped in the United States will be sent via United Parcel Service (UPS) or United States Postal Service (USPS). We decide the shipping method depending on the shipping address and the volume of your order.
Please allow 1-2 days at the most for processing and packaging orders if you choose the FREE SHIPPING or USPS Flat Rate service.
Currently we are offering FREE SHIPPING on ALL orders $49 & above.
we will try our best to process and ship out in 24 hours if you choose any other shipping methods.
Delivery Confirmation and Tracking number will be provided.
Currently Exoticcosmetic.com has shipping service internationally to ONLY CANADA. If you need further assistance regarding international shipping to any other countries, please contact us at email@example.com
Please note, Exoticcosmetic.com will not be responsible for any delays caused by carriers.
RMA & RETURNS:
Exoticcosmetic.com will only accept UNTESTED and UNUSED items for return. All sales are final after 15th days of delivery made. For any used item returned, we will neither refund, return it back, nor exchange it with other items. We will not be responsible for returned used item.

1. Order Status must be "Complete" for RMA to be issued. Please wait 2-3 days for RMA approval.

LOST PARCEL :
We will refund your order in full including shipping charges if the parcel is proved to be lost. If we have signature (UPS) or delivery confirmation (USPS) showing that the parcel has been successfully delivered, we will not issue any refunds.
Please allow at least 2 weeks from the date of shipping (i.e. the day your parcel was shipped out) before filing a lost parcel claim.
UNCLAIMED OR REFUSED PARCELS OR WRONG ADDRESSES:
Please make sure that you have given us the correct shipping address. Exoticcosmetic.com is not responsible for lost or misdirected orders due to incorrect addresses provided by customers, or refused/unclaimed parcels.
Should a parcel (including parcels with free shipping) return to Exoticcosmetic.com due to an inaccurate shipping address, Exoticcosmetic.com will cancel the order and refund 50% of the order total to compensate for the return shipping cost and restocking. Unclaimed parcels are not refundable if customers do not accept the parcels or pick up the parcels at their local post office when a notice is left for pick up. We will not issue any refund for unclaimed parcels.
